Go to the login page and click Forgot password?. Enter your registered contact number and we'll send a reset OTP within a few seconds. Check your inbox if you do not recieve notification.
Log in and navigate to Settings → Profile. You can edit your name, contact details, and profile photo there. Changes are saved immediately.
Yes. Open My Orders, select the booking, and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free; later cancellations may incur a fee depending on the provider's policy.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your refund hasn't arrived after that window, contact us below and we'll investigate.
Campus Companion accepts major debit/credit cards, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash), and Campus Companion wallet credits.
On the home page, tap on theheadphone icon. Describe the problem. Our team reviews all reports within 48 hours and will follow up by email.
After a completed booking you'll receive a notification prompting you to rate your experience. You can also leave a review any time from My Orders → Past.
Go to Profile → Delete Account. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first.
